Not sure what to do with those Thanksgiving leftovers? Try this easy casserole recipe

This Thanksgiving leftover casserole takes all your favorite leftovers and combines them into a big meal, making it a great way to use up all those leftovers. 

Ingredients

Prep your Thanksgiving leftovers

Directions

  • 1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.

  • 2Spread dressing/stuffing evenly in the dish.

    Stuffing spread on the bottom of a casserole dish
  • 3Mix turkey, vegetables and mayonnaise together in a bowl until well combined; spread in an even layer over dressing/stuffing.

    Vegetable mixture spread on top of the dressing mixture in a casserole dish.
  • 4Mix mashed potatoes and half the cheese together.

  • 5Spread potatoes over top the turkey mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and season with paprika.

  • 6Bake in preheated oven until heated through, 30 to 40 minutes.

Tip: If you have leftover cranberry sauce, you can use that as the base layer in the casserole before adding the dressing or stuffing, or you can drizzle it over the top of your plated meal.
